Any Seniors Interested in GW?

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions invites you to apply to Your GW, an overnight program celebrating diversity and inclusion.

This great opportunity allows high school seniors to experience what GW, and D.C., have to offer firsthand by staying on our campus with current students. While on campus, attendees will learn about the resources available to support our students, become well versed in GW's admissions process, and engage in conversation around identity and multiculturalism with members of our community.

This year we're excited to offer a two-night program in September and a one-night program in October. Students accepted to Your GW are expected to participate in the full duration of the program and will stay overnight in a GW residence hall with a student host.

Okay, Seniors...Here We Go!

Beginning this week, your students can apply to The University of Alabama for 2019. The application is available online at
Students will need to submit the application for admission, application fee or fee waiver, a copy of their official test scores and their official high school transcript. For 2019 applicants, as soon as their application is complete and we have received all required documents, we will review their application and make a decision.
We realize many of you are working reduced hours over the summer months and transcripts for rising seniors may not be available until their senior schedule is finalized. After the student has applied, they will receive an email listing any remaining documents needed to complete their application. Students will not be penalized if the transcript isn’t received until your school resumes normal operating hours.
The University of Alabama has also made several changes to our scholarship awards for the 2019 academic year. To view these changes, please visit An additional change for 2019 is students must be admitted to The University of Alabama by December 15, 2018 to access our scholarship application and apply for scholarships.
We hope the early application review and scholarship changes will be beneficial to your students. If you or your students have any questions about the admission process to UA, please visit or contact your recruiter.
